Shipping is $20 and includes delivery to you and a prepaid return label. Your rental must be dropped off with UPS by 5:00 p.m. on your selected rental end date.

Pickups are available during store hours from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Your rental must be returned by 4:30 p.m. on the selected last day of your rental period.

EXAMPLE: Local deliveries are made to your address between 10am and 12pm on your selected delivery date.

All rentals are previously worn and professionally cleaned after each use. Minor signs of wear may be present. Any major imperfections will always be disclosed. By placing an order, you agree to our Terms & Conditions.

Local rentals will be available for pickup at our Tuscaloosa storefront on the start date of your rental period between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Returns should be dropped off by 4:30 PM on the last day of the rental period. Returns made after the due date will be subject to a $25 late fee per day.

Shipped rentals must be dropped off at UPS using the prepaid return label by 5:00 p.m. on the final rental day.

Email a photo of your UPS receipt to info@ellisonsclosett.com by the same deadline. Late returns are subject to a $25 daily fee.

Each garment is professionally cleaned and inspected before and after every rental. Please do not wash, dry clean, alter, or attempt to repair any item. Pins, tape, stitches, or other alterations should not be used under any circumstances. Items returned with these materials attached, or with damage resulting from their use, will be charged a damage fee.
